Alexander From

Alexander From joined Impilo in 2022. He holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Aarhus University. During his studies he also did an exchange program at National University of Singapore.

Prior to joining Impilo, Alexander worked at FIH Partners based in Copenhagen. While at FIH Partners he was involved in several transactions in the healthcare sector.

Carolina Oscarius Dahl

Carolina Oscarius Dahl joined Impilo in 2023. Carolina graduated with an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2008, with a major in Accounting and Finance.

Prior to joining Impilo, Carolina was an Investment Director at Interogo Holding Long-term Equity where she worked from 2020 to 2022 and was part of starting up the investment strategy, focusing on European significant minority investments. From 2016 to 2020, Carolina worked at Nordstjernan and served on the boards of Etac and Lideta Hälsovård (Prima Vård) within the healthcare sector and on the boards of Dacke Industri and PriceRunner in other industries. Prior to joining Nordstjernan, Carolina worked at McKinsey & Company 2008-2016.

Cedric Bratt

Cedric Bratt joined Impilo in 2024. He is in his last year of studies for a double degree in Business & Economics (B.Sc. at Stockholm School of Economics) and Medicine (B.Sc., M.Sc. at Karolinska Institute and Örebro University).

Prior to joining Impilo, Cedric has worked in the intersection between healthcare and economics both within management consulting while conducting internships at Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company, and business development at the stem cell biotech company Cellcolabs.  He also has medical research experience from world renowned proteomics professor and Nobel assembly member Janne Lehtiö’s research group.

Edvard Hubendick

Edvard Hubendick joined Impilo in 2019. After studying one year in the US, Edvard graduated with an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University in 2017 having minored in signal theory and majored in strategy.

Prior to joining Impilo Edvard worked as an associate with McKinsey & Company in Stockholm. Edvard focused roughly half of his time at McKinsey within healthcare and adjacent industries.

Filippa Dunér

Filippa Dunér joined Impilo in 2023. She holds a B.Sc. in Retail Management from Stockholm School of Economics and is currently pursuing a M.Sc. in Accounting, Valuation and Financial Management at Stockholm School of Economics. During her bachelor studies, she also did an exchange semester at Bocconi University in Milan.

Prior to joining Impilo, Filippa gained experience within management consulting while working at Kearney, and impact investment while working at Norrsken Foundation.

Frederikke Beck

Frederikke Beck joined Impilo in 2023. Frederikke holds a M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School, where she had one exchange semester at National University of Singapore.

Prior to joining Impilo, Frederikke spent two years at Polaris, another Nordic based Private Equity fund. Before joining Polaris Frederikke spent 3 years at KIRKBI, the LEGO family office, and one year at the Nordic M&A team of J.P. Morgan in London.

Fredrik Odin

Fredrik Odin joined Impilo in 2017. Fredrik graduated with an M.Sc in Finance from the London School of Economics and holds a B.Sc in Economics, Politics and International Relations from the University of Warwick. Fredrik is also a graduate of the Swedish Army Language School.

Prior to joining Impilo, Fredrik was an Investment Executive at XIO Group in London. From 2013 to 2015 Fredrik worked as an analyst in the Nordic M&A team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. While at XIO, Fredrik worked on the investment in Lumenis, an Israeli medtech company.

Fredrik Strömholm

Fredrik Strömholm joined Impilo in 2016 and is chairman of the investment committee.

Fredrik graduated with an M.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in 1989, with a major in finance from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in France. Fredrik has also studied French, Russian and East European history at the universities of Uppsala and Stockholm. Fredrik is also a graduate of the Swedish Army Language School.

Prior to founding Impilo, Fredrik was a partner at Altor Equity Partners, a firm he co-founded in 2003. 1989-1996 and 1999-2002 Fredrik worked at Goldman Sachs International, the last period as managing director responsible for corporate finance and M&A execution in the Nordic region. 1996-1999 Fredrik worked as an investment manager at Nordic Capital in Stockholm. Fredrik serves on the boards of directors of Ferrosan Medical Devices, NutraQ, Cavidi, Immedica (chairman), Ortic 3D. He has previously served on the boards of Antula Healthcare, Nycomed, ACO Hud, Ferrosan, Palodex, Apotek Hjärtat, and Curato within the healthcare sector and on the boards of AGR, Nimbus, Qmatic, Åkers and Carnegie Investment Bank in other industries. Fredrik is the chairman of Natur and Kultur, a foundation with a large publishing business, treasurer of the Academica Foundation and a board member of Skellefteå AIK Ishockey.

Gustav Jungdalen Lundgren

Gustav Jungdalen Lundgren joined Impilo in 2017. Gustav graduated with a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2012, with a major in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Impilo, Gustav was a partner at ABG Sundal Collier, a Nordic investment bank, where he worked within the investment banking division in Stockholm since graduation in 2012 and became a partner in 2016. While at ABG Sundal Collier he was involved in several transactions in the healthcare sector, including the sale of Solhagagruppen to Ambea, the acquisition of Frösunda Norway by Humana and the initial public offerings of Humana and Oncopeptides.link

Henrik Nielsen

Henrik Nielsen joined Impilo in 2021. He holds a M.Sc. in Economics from University of Copenhagen and a B.Sc. in Economics from Aarhus University. During his studies he also did an exchange program at Columbia University.

Prior to joining Impilo, Henrik was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group based in Stockholm and Copenhagen, where he was part of BCG’s Scandinavian Principal Investors and Private Equity team for two years.

Jeanette Hjelm

Jeanette joined Impilo in October 2017. Prior to Impilo, Jeanette worked as an executive assistant at Ernst & Young for 13 years. Jeanette also worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and several other organizations in finance and office administration.

Jesper Eliasson

Jesper Eliasson joined Impilo in 2016 and is member of the firm’s investment committtee. Jesper has a B.Sc. (Econ.) in Business Administration and Economics, with advanced studies in Finance (Civilekonomexamen) at Stockholm University in 1996.

Prior to founding Impilo, Jesper was CFO at Altor Equity Partners from 2003 to 2016 (and a partner 2012 – 2015). Jesper worked at Industri Kapital (now IK Investment Partners) between 1996 and 2003, both in Stockholm and London.

Mads Bork Jepsen

Mads Bork Jepsen joined Impilo in 2024. He is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Economics at the University of Copenhagen. During his studies, he has also done an exchange semester at UC Berkeley.

Prior to joining Impilo, Mads worked as a student assistant at McKinsey & Company, where he mainly worked with healthcare private equity. He has also worked as a teaching assistant in microeconomics at the University of Copenhagen

Magnus Edlund

Magnus Edlund joined Impilo in 2017. Magnus graduated with an M.Sc in Industrial Management & Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in 2003.

Prior to joining Impilo, Magnus was a director at Altor Equity Partners where he worked between 2009 and 2017. 2004-2009 Magnus worked at the Boston Consulting Group based in Stockholm and London. He currently serves on the board of Orchid Orthopedic Solutions and with past observer and deputy roles on the boards of Apotek Hjärtat and Rossignol respectively.

Malin Sundqvist

Malin Sundqvist joined Impilo in 2023. Malin graduated with a M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, with a major in Innovation and Industrial Management and an exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Prior to joining Impilo, Malin was a consultant at KPMG’s Transaction Services in Stockholm, where she worked since 2014 focusing on financial due diligence.

Martin Fagerlund

Martin Fagerlund joined Impilo in 2019. Martin graduated with a LL.M in Law and a B.B.A in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University in 2006.

Prior to joining Impilo, Martin successfully co-founded and managed a boutique business law firm specializing in M&A and investments between 2016 and 2018. Martin also worked as a lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling between 2006 and 2015 (with secondments at Altor Equity Partners and at Ericsson (M&A Department) during one year, respectively).li

Matilda Hessedahl

Matilda Hessedahl joined Impilo in 2021. She holds a M.Sc. of Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Prior to joining Impilo, Matilda was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group based in Stockholm. At BCG, she was part of BCG’s Scandinavian Principal Investors & Private Equity team and Healthcare team for 2 years.

Matilda Wiwen-Nilsson

Matilda Wiwen-Nilsson first joined Impilo in 2022, and returned in 2024 following her completion of a Master in Management degree at INSEAD in France and Singapore. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oxford, and has medical research experience from the University of Oxford and The Francis Crick Institute in London.

Nicholas Hooge

Nicholas Hooge joined Impilo in 2020. Nicholas graduated with an M.Sc in Business Administration and Management Science (Cand. Merc. Mat.) from Copenhagen Business School in 2004. During his studies he also did an exchange programme at University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Prior to joining Impilo, Nicholas was a Senior Director at EQT Partners where he worked from 2006 to 2019 based in Copenhagen and New York focusing, respectively, on private equity and infrastructure investments. From 2004-2006 Nicholas worked for Deutsche Bank’s Nordic M&A team in London.

Olga Court-Payen

Olga Court-Payen joined Impilo in 2023. Olga holds a M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School, where she had one exchange semester at ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Prior to joining Impilo, Olga spent two years at Polaris, another Nordic based Private Equity fund, and before that, one year at Carnegie Investment Bank based in Copenhagen.

Paula Johansson

Paula Johansson joined Impilo in 2022. Paula holds a BSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. In addition to this, she will soon graduate with a Medical Degree from Karolinska Institute in Stockholm.

Svitlana Babak

Svitlana Babak joined Impilo in 2017. She holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School and a BA with honours in Economics from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Passau University.

Prior to joining Impilo, Svitlana was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company in Denmark, where she worked since 2012 focusing on Life Sciences. 2006-2010 Svitlana was with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Germany and Sony Electronics in Denmark and Austria.

Victor Steien

Victor Steien joined Impilo in 2018. Victor graduated with an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2008, with a major in Finance.

Prior to joining Impilo, Victor spent ten years in Investment Banking – from 2008 to 2014 at Goldman Sachs in London and from 2014 to 2018 at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director in Stockholm – primarily focusing on M&A execution and corporate finance in the Nordic region.

Viktor Eldéus Sörman

Viktor Eldéus Sörman joined Impilo in 2024. He is currently pursuing a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management at The Royal Institute of Technology. During his studies, he also spent a summer in London studying Alternative Investments at London School of Economics.

Prior to joining Impilo, Viktor gained experience within management consulting and private equity while working at Roland Berger, Litorina Capital Advisors, and Altor Equity Partners.
