1. Introduction

1.1 This privacy notice describes how Impilo AB (“Impilo”) process and use the personal data that Impilo receive from you when you visit and use this website and how you can contact Impilo if you have additional questions regarding our processing of your personal data.

1.2 Impilo is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and strives to provide a high level of protection in all processing of personal data. All processing of personal data is carried out pursuant to applicable personal data legislation.

2. What personal data will be processed?

2.1 Impilo does not automatically collect or process personal data through our website besides cookies. Impilo may, however, collect and process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when you e.g. submit a work application or sign up for an event via e-mail to us or sign up to get a notification via e-mail when a newspost have been published on our website. This personal data helps Impilo to process your request.

2.2 In addition to the abovementioned use and purposes, Impilo may also use your personal data to administrate and improve this website or for Impilo’s internal records. This is the case when use the web analysis tool “Google analytics” to analyse the behaviour of our website users on an anonymous and aggregated level.

2.3 Impilo collects certain personal data about you via cookies. Information on how Impilo use cookies can be found in Impilo’s cookie policy.

3. What is the legal basis for processing of your personal data?

3.1 The processing of your personal data for the purpose in Section 2.1 above is based on that the processing is necessary for Impilo to comply with your request (performance of a contract).

3.2 The processing of your personal data for the purpose in Section 2.2 above is based on Impilo’s legitimate interest to conduct such improvements and analysis.

4. Who has access to your personal data?

4.1 Impilo has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unauthorised access or similar. The number of persons with access to your personal data is limited. Only individuals associated with Impilo who need to process your personal data will have access to your personal data.

4.2 Impilo may share your personal data with other companies within Impilo’s group of companies, and with third parties providing services to Impilo in the areas mentioned above, but only to the extent it is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice.

4.3 Impilo does not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.

5. For how long will your personal data be stored?

Impilo applies different retention periods for different categories of personal data. However, no personal data is stored longer than deemed necessary for the specific purposes. When it is no longer necessary to process certain personal data in relation to the purpose for which the data were collected, Impilo will erase that personal data.

6. What are your rights?

6.1 Impilo AB, reg. no. 559036-2801, address Holländargatan 20, 111 60 Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller of the processing of your personal data. This means that Impilo is responsible for your personal data being processed correctly and in accordance with applicable laws.

6.2 You are entitled to know what personal data Impilo is processing regarding you, and you can request a copy of such data. You are entitled to have incorrect personal data regarding you corrected, and in some cases you may request that Impilo delete your personal data (if, for example, the personal data is no longer necessary in order to fulfil an agreement with you). If you have given your consent to processing of your personal data for an explicit purpose you may always withdraw your consent. If you want to withdraw your consent, you may contact Impilo through the contact information provided in Section 6.3. You also have the right to object to certain processing of your personal data, and request that the processing of your personal data be limited. Please note that limitation or deletion of your personal data may result in Impilo not being able to fulfil its obligations under an agreement with you. You are also entitled to extract your personal data in a machinereadable format and to transfer the personal data to another controller.

6.4 If you have any objections to or complaints about the way Impilo process your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority.

7. Revisions and updates

7.1 If any changes are made concerning the processing of your personal data, Impilo will inform you by publishing an updated version of this privacy notice on Impilo’s website.
